It's Friday and the Buckhead Maidens will be at Lenox in full force, having office lunch time gatherings at posh clubs where one or all will drink too many margaritas and crash their SUV's into lampposts and each other. "How to explain this to Daddykins! He will be so upset! But I'll just pucker my red, puffy, collagin injected lips and droop my brophroplasty tightented eyes and say I'm sorry and it'll be ok. OK?"
I have unclaimed property in Tennessee! The Website of the Treasury Dept. of State of Tennessee State of Tennesseeshows that Thomas Love of Jackson, Tennessee has unclaimed property on file. I might be rich! I Will have to respond with Birth Certificate, Change of Name papers, Drivers License, and proof of current residence to the Tennessee authorities which I will do right away. I was Marvin Thomas Love, Jr. untill 1977 when I legally changed my name, dropping Marvin, inserting my new wife's Maiden name as my middle name and keeping the last name as is, not hyphenated (you have to understand, it was a 70's thing). Even after we were divorced I kept her name as my middle name. I just use the initial mostly though.
Dropped down to the 4th floor to see my friend Lawrence. He is 60 and makes half as much money as I do even though he's been here 30 yrs. Everything Lawrence touches turns to shit! Honestly, everything he's involved in falls apart. I was on one of his projects as a technical advisor for two years. The whole effort has now dissolved for lack of focus and misapplication. It's a mess. But he's a real nice guy, lotta heart. Whenever I finish a master CD, I go down and he has a super duper CD duplicator and he'll burn me a bunch. We even burn graphics onto the CD, no cheap paper label for me.
Casual Friday, Wearing khaki pants and navey tee, black lowcut New Balance walkers.
Listening to Internet Radio, Spinner. Sometimes I listen to Folk Music on Hober but a lotta' times that makes me cry. I listen to KFOG and KFUX (K-Fox) and KSAN ("This is your mother") in San Francisco sometimes. I have some stories about that, about the guy who was putting in my flourscent lights in my office and heard me listening to KFOG and said "is that Lee Rittenour on Guitar? I said "yeah, cool, huh?" The guy says "Yeah." Now I don't know Lee Rittenour from Lee Remick (died a few years ago, target of a big time crush by me. Catch her in 'The Omen' as the AntiChrist's stepmom) but to have the lights guy comment on your choice of music...now that's cool!
Hungry, Gotta eat sompin' Maybe have breakfast for lunch, eggs and pancakes. Peace out

Met my wife this afternoon for coffee and had a great time talking with her about stuff like politics, inner core vibrations (hers is great, powerful magnitism; mine projects invisibility...honest, I can be with a bunch of people and within a couple of minutes they forget I'm there), memories of when we first met, extended family, our finances, all in all a wide ranging conversation which we both enjoyed. A kiss good-bye and we were on our way to different places.
Came up with a great money making idea for the net. Already have the outline; it will take lots of work to manifest this. The idea has been floating around inside for about 3 years, first one version, then another until it finally just exploded full blown in my mind last night. That's the way I write songs: The good ones come to me full blown, complete with words and music. There's nothing like this available. Believe me, I would know. So I guess I'm going to be rich after all!!!
Meanwhile, down at the Library, everything's quiet tonight. Meds have kicked in and I'm feeling alright.

Wearing: MisMatched faded cotton olive slacks and gray faux suede shirt. The gray and the faded green are too close, I needed a much darker shirt today but the cat was sleeping on the clothes in the laundry basket and I didn't feel like wearing a dress shirt and tie today. But what do you wear with this faded olive drab color? Maybe a sunshine yellow shirt?! No, yuck! Oh, of course, a black long sleeve knit! Duh! My fashion sense just doesn't make sense sometimes, especially at 7:00 AM.
Listening to: The Conversation
Feeling: Slightly nauseous, something about cereal and milk early in the morning. My cats (Roadkill and Mama) loved it, though!
Seeing a urologist today, will not talk about why...not the place, believe me. Something to do with growing old, though, I will say that. I love taking time off for Drs., etc. I've got an appt. at 2:30 but will take the entire afternoon off. Will work at the Library tonight.
My birthday on Sunday, will be 57 years old! I feel 25, but had a thirty two year arrested development period intervene. Regardless of when I die, I'll die young. Even if I live to be 80 it will feel like dying at 50!
Got to get to work, Bye-Bye.
