I have somehow wrenched my left shoulder, very painful. I have to constantly move my head around, searching for the right position to get some relief. This, just as my plantar faciitis is clearing up. As Rossanna Rosanna Danna used to say, "It's always something." Especially hard to play guitar right now...hope that clears up. A couple of hot showers a day and a heat pak might do me well. I continue to take Aleve as a daily regimen for all aches and pains.

Work continues to go well, even inspiring a better work ethic than i have had in years. I acutally enjoy getting up each day and coming in to work. We're getting ready to legally destroy 2500 boxes of files.
